Heading into the fourth quarter on Monday night at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, the Golden State Warriors trailed the Los Angeles Clippers by 12 points. In a dramatic fourth quarter that saw Steve Kerr ejected and Steph Curry fouling out, the Warriors still outscored the Clippers 38-27 in the final 12 minutes. However, a missed turnaround jumper from Jimmy Butler in the final seconds of the game marked Golden State's comeback short in a 103-102 loss to the Clippers on Monday night. Curry finished with a game-high 27 points on 9-for-23 shooting from the field with four made triples to go along with six assists and four boards in 33 minutes. With under two minutes remaining, Curry knocked down back-to-back 3-pointers to get Golden State within one point of Los Angeles. Yet, on the next possession, Curry committed his sixth foul of the game and was sent to the bench with 42 seconds on the clock and the Warriors trailing by three.
